Fort Institute of Photography Foundation Receives Funding from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO) – NextGenerationEU

We are pleased to announce that the Fort Institute of Photography Foundation has been awarded funding under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

Project title:
"Digital Photography Center Fort: Digital Transformation of the Resources and Offer of the Fort Institute of Photography"

Maximum grant amount: 131,980 PLN

Project scope:
The project aims to carry out the digital transformation of the Fort Institute of Photography through:

• designing and launching a new, accessible website (compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards),

• digitization of selected photographic resources of the Foundation,

• development of mock-ups for online exhibitions and digital publications,

• professional development of the team through training in CMS, accessibility, and UX/UI.

Project objective:
To strengthen the resilience and innovation capacity of the cultural sector by leveraging digital tools and enhancing technological, artistic, and educational competencies in the field of photography and photobooks.

The project is implemented as part of Investment A2.5.1 – "Support Program for Cultural Sector Entities and Creative Industries Aimed at Stimulating Their Development."

The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) – NextGenerationEU.
